Et voila! Enjoyed it but was ready for a glass of wine after having both made them & transporting them on the tube! I’m very pleased to say that children & grown-ups all enjoyed them!

I’m off to a Burns night dinner tonight and wanted to take something vaguely Scottish. I came up with stem ginger shortbread in “thistle” shape…
Still got oranges and marmalade on the brain. I think there’s lots of creative potential in them so am still enjoying experimenting with colour and pattern.
