Lemon polenta cake

I made this as our first course involved hollowing out 4 lemons, and this needed the juice of 4 and the zest of 2. The fact one person had fourth helpings showed it was very tasty!

White bean and chorizo soup

Made and painted white bean and chorizo soup. Cook onion, add tin of tomatoes and white beans, chopped chorizo. Add red wine and simmer. Delicious!
