I normally make a wholemeal version, but this turned out very well, despite me cheating on the proving time as we wanted to eat it sooner!
I haven’t tried this before, but made 2 and improvised baking the second in a casserole dish, which seemed to work. “Best cake ever” according to my husband. It’s definitely delicious!
I made wholemeal pizza, followed by summer berry polenta cake for us and our hosts tonight. Fun to make and very good to eat! Both good with cava too!
